If you’ve been dealing with FND, Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, or Long COVID, you’ve probably noticed how similar the symptoms are—fatigue, brain fog, internal tremors, dizziness, pain… the list goes on. I’ve been there too, and I know how frustrating it is to search for answers.
The reason these conditions overlap so much is simple: they all come back to one thing—nervous system dysfunction. That’s why my focus is on tackling the root cause, not just managing symptoms.
The challenge is that nervous system dysfunction is complex. It’s not just one thing—it involves multiple risk factors, and recovery isn’t linear. Understanding which phase of recovery you’re in is crucial. Just like with a broken leg, you wouldn’t jump straight into physio before the bone has healed—that would only make things worse. The same applies to the nervous system. Unfortunately, many people try to "run before they can walk," pushing too hard too soon and worsening their condition. Others hold back too much, unsure of what to do, and end up stuck. If you don’t know what you’re doing, you can easily do more harm than good.
I’ve been there. I’ve lived it, fought through it, and spent countless hours researching, studying, and refining what actually works. I know what helps, what hinders, and everything in between. My goal is to share what I’ve learned so others can take a clearer, more effective path to recovery—without all the guesswork
At FND Health, I use a range of evidence-based approaches to help retrain the nervous system and support recovery. Every step is tailored to your unique needs and phase of recovery, because healing the nervous system requires a thoughtful, individualized approach.
